Booking Confirmations & Responsibilities
- Capital MCR Transfer confirms your booking directly and acts as your contractual partner for the journey. Our services adhere to all relevant rental and travel regulations.
- Drivers have the right to refuse service to any passenger deemed a potential threat to themselves or the vehicle.
- Information on this website is for general guidance only and doesn’t constitute booking confirmation.
Missed Connections & Driver Communication
- If you cannot locate your driver, experience a change in plans, or miss a flight/train, please inform Capital MCR Transfer immediately. New flight details can be provided for a free journey time adjustment.
- Contact Customer Service or email with the booking reference number.
Airport and Train Station Pickups
- Passengers are responsible for locating their Capital MCR Transfer vehicle at airports and train stations. We will provide a designated pickup point upon booking. Failure to locate the vehicle may result in a charge.
- Minimum charges apply in cases where a passenger cannot locate the vehicle due to their own fault.
Vehicle Cleanliness And Damage
- Any passenger causing damage or excessive mess within the vehicle will be subject to a cleaning fee of £100.
Delays, Flight/Train Delays, And Incorrect Booking
- Capital MCR Transfers is not liable for financial losses, missed flights/trains, or delays caused by adverse weather, traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, or incorrect booking information provided by the customer.
- We do not charge extra for flight delays. However, additional waiting time beyond 30 minutes after your requested pickup time will be charged at a standard rate of 35 pence per minute. We will adjust your requested pickup time based on any flight delays.
Journey Estimates And Time Considerations
- While driving times and distances are provided for informational purposes, we recommend allowing extra time for unforeseen circumstances such as roadworks, traffic delays, weather conditions, additional stops, breakdowns, or security checks.
- You are responsible for choosing your pickup time. We can’t guarantee exactly how long your trip will take due to traffic and other unforeseen factors. Make sure to give yourself enough extra time to get to the airport for check-in procedures when booking our service.
Partner Companies
- In rare cases of delays or unforeseen circumstances, Capital MCR Transfer may take help from licensed partner companies within the UK to fulfill your booking. We will cover any cost differences associated with partner company rates. Our priority remains getting you to your destination on time.
Vehicle Availability
- We strive to provide the requested vehicle type. However, you may be assigned a larger vehicle based on availability.
Booking Changes
- Notify Capital MCR Transfer as soon as possible of any booking changes. Changes made more than 4 hours before your requested pickup time are free of charge. Changes within 4 hours may incur fees depending on the impact on the assigned driver or company.
Child Seats
- Child seats are provided free of charge upon request. While we strive to provide comfort, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every child. Ultimately, the use of child seats is completely the customer’s choice, and we should not be held liable in case of any problem.
Meet & Greet Service
- When you pay for your ride, it includes 30 minutes of parking at most airports (this might change) and our Meet & Greet service. That means the driver will be waiting for you at airport arrivals with a sign with your name on it!
Route Deviations
- Fixed fares are calculated based on the shortest route, not necessarily the fastest. Deviations from the driver’s chosen route will result in the fare reverting to a 2.50 pence additional mile charge determined by Capital MCR Transfers. Additional mileage charges and delays will be factored into the final fare.
Passenger Responsibilities
- We take care of your luggage, but we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your valuables or treasures. For your own peace of mind and ease, travel insurance is highly recommended.
- Please do not leave your belongings unattended in the vehicle if the driver is away for any reason.
